Background
Leilani Kelly was born in New Orleans, LA during the final decades of the city’s decline due to chronic flooding and sea level encroachment. Her family relocated to Memphis, TN in the mid-2060s as part of a federal climate displacement program. Despite early academic disruption, Kelly demonstrated exceptional aptitude in linguistics, logic modeling, and code pattern recognition.
She entered the Southern Resilience STEM Initiative at 16 and was fast-tracked into a federal cryptographic talent pool. Completed her education under the National Cryptosecurity Fellowship at Georgetown University's Applied Intelligence Program. Recruited to the CIA’s DDI upon graduation.
