Service with the Federal Mission Liaison
A highly controversial recruitment amongst the management due to a history of violence, mental health issues, disobedience, spotty record-keeping by the Fenrir Private Security military company, bad attitude, as well as the cost associated with the required cybernetic prosthetics for her impaired vision and hearing. Ultimately her potential was deemed to outweigh the risks with the skills and talents she possessed. The "poaching" did not go down well with the CIA, straining relations with the FML.
She was assigned to Special Agent James Fisher due to his extensive experience in evaluating and mentoring new recruits, as well as their skills complementing each others particularly well. Despite the initial apprehensions, Agent Connor flourished under the mentorship of Special Agent Fisher and as expected they had good synergy in the field. More unexpectedly, they also connected very well personality-wise. Due to their effective cooperation, they have been permanently assigned to the same team after the completion of the evaluation and subsequent promotion of Connor to Special Agent.
Skills and Specializations
Physical
- Her diminutive stature limits her effective strength and leverage. As such, her strength is below average for a field operative.
- Good stamina and conditioning.
- Truly exceptional bodily awareness and reflexes. Combined with unusually flexible limbs she is capable of some very impressive physical feats.
Combat
Firearms
- Her skills with firearms cannot be overstated. It is not standard agency language but her speed and accuracy with small arms is uncanny to watch.
- Seems proficient in any firearm she gets her hands on; agency standard or not.
Close Quarter Combat
- Highly proficient in hand-to-hand combat. Has a background in MCMAP, Taekwando, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts.
- Limited striking strength due to her small build and light weight.
- Very high level grappling skills. Usefulness in the field somewhat hamstrung by her build, but high proficiency in throws and locks allow effectiveness against larger opponents.
- Proficiency in close combat shooting and weapon retention as well as use of melee weapons like knives, batons and fist weights largely mitigates the limited striking strength.
Infiltration
- Highly proficient in physical infiltration including lockpicking, forced entry, climbing etc. In addition, her flexibility and light build opens up attack vectors inaccessible to most (air ducts, small windows etc.).
- Poor to below average social engineering skills. Has shown a proclivity for choosing violence where subterfuge would likely have been preferable. Working with Special Agent Fisher has somewhat mitigated this shortcoming.
- Highly proficient in bypassing electronic countermeasures, effectively covering for Agent Fisher's limitations in this area.
Technology and Electronics
- Advanced practical understanding of offensive cyber security both on-site and remotely, using tools effectively and creatively.
- Advanced general understanding and proficiency in the use of computers, networks, cyber security, Internet of Things etc.
- Not as advanced programming and software development skills as one would expect from her general proficiency, seemingly because of a limited understanding of more advanced mathematics. Better at breaking than creating, simply put.
Mental
Acumen
- Average intelligence. Poor to average results on intelligence evaluations, seemingly largely due to a lack of education. Scores vary considerably depending on subject.
- Seems to have a talent for computers and related subjects as the advanced knowledge and understanding she shows in those fields are far above what one would expect based on the general test results.
- No appreciable knowledge of any languages above English.
Psychology
- Has a history of mental health issues in her teenage years contributing to a pattern of violent and deviant behavior and frequent contact with law enforcement.
- Generally normal levels of empathy but shows a near sociopathological disregard of life for perceived hostiles.
